I haved tried to get help with the problem I am having just trying to play in your casino by calling 3 times today your 1-888 support #. But my problem is still not corrected.
Each time I try to make a deposit into my acct. I get a message/declined by internal database. I did have a problem withmy banking account earlier this week but that is resolved and my bank assures me this is not coming from them.
Could you please correct this problem? Any prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.
I do consider myself a very good customer (having deposited over $1000.00).
